






In an effort to create a knowledgeable and experienced as well as to build up the Company culture, the Human Capital Management of FOMEMA Sdn. Bhd. has organized and sent its employees to attend an in-house training ‘Critical Thinking in Problem Solving & Decision Making’ held at Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur on the 19th and 20th September 2022.
A total of twenty-four (24) employees from FOMEMA Sdn. Bhd. including FOMEMA Subsidiary Group Of Companies; FOMEMA IOT Sdn. Bhd., Fomema Haemodialysis Sdn. Bhd. and FOMEMA Pharmaceuticals Sdn. Bhd. has took part in this in-house training that was provided by Talent Pro Consulting Sdn Bhd, a professional Talent Management Consulting.
In these two (2) days programme, the focus of the training was to teach the participants to learn how to use problem solving tools for decision making, open their minds, think out of the box, generate creativity and start looking for innovative ideas that could help look at things differently in an organisation.
During this training, participants were given a generic case study by the trainer, Mr. Amos Andrew. The participants were required to use the best tools on how to solve the problem by using the main tools of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) in the case study. The training module also came with many real-life case studies on how big corporate companies solved their problems making them the top brands or well-known companies in the world.
The training attended by employees of FOMEMA and its Group of Companies is expected to increase their self-confidence in order to manage their daily tasks in a professional attitude and ethical manner.
