Three (3) + Alternate Years Mandatory FOMEMA
The guidelines set by the Immigration Department stipulate that employers must take appropriate steps to renew the working permit of their workers three (3) months before their expiry. We encourage Employers to do periodic medical examinations of their workers for early detection of communicable diseases.
Please ensure your foreign worker undergoes FOMEMA medical examination three (3) months before the expiry of the current working permit. This is to ensure your worker to obtain their new working permit on time and to avoid unnecessary inconvenience due to last minute registration.
